Problems with sound in Premiere Pro

I was just passed around my Adobe Support by 6 hours by Indian men that couldn't understand how to even input an email address this is ridiculous, I have worked with Adobe software for the past 10 years, I tried to open premiere pro-2018 and it said my trial was over even though I pay for all apps, this is insane to me that for 6HOURS OF A WORK DAY I was Bounced around until finally I reached the highest up that individual support has, Who told me solution to the problem (after an hour on the phone) was to just get a 30 day free trial, and transferred me to sales instantly, they told me there are no 30 days free trial, and that they think I should buy a new account and cancel it each 14 days so I don't get charged..... finally I found an enterprise support number through a random lower up, which everyone told me doesn't exist. This is an absolute joke I have a large social media following and would love to be able to tell them to leave adobe but there is not a lot of other options. so I guess if anyone knows how to transfer a 2019 all apps to 2108 all apps let me know... Adobe customer service is a joke

Your IT department has to package previous versions and send them out to you.  Depending on policies that may or may not be possible.  Contact your IT dept.

Sorry this was a bit of a Rant I was fed up yesterday after being passed around in circles I pay for all apps, my premiere 2019 doesn't have sound I have gone through all the forums and haven't been able to fix it but after my 5th support call the man suggested I downgrade I did and it worked but then a couple months later I got kicked and was told I need to buy the 2018 versions even though I pay for all apps, after 3 hours on the phone with them a higher-up told me he was sick of talking to me and told me to make a new account and cancel every 14 days. They told me there was no support line for enterprise support, the salesman gave me a number the support man told me that I should have 2018, included in what I pay for I am trying to figure out how to clear the fact that it says trial over. Sorry, he above post was a very angry and emotional rant after being unable to work with deadlines coming up.

So it sounds like the real issue here is:

my premiere 2019 doesn't have sound

I'm moving this question to the Premiere forum. You're far more likely to get help there.

Can you give us some more facts about what you are trying to do exactly? There’s  lots of irrelevant detail in your post.

if anyone knows how to transfer a 2019 all apps to 2108 all apps let me know...

Are you trying to upgrade Premiere Pro 2018 to 2019?

    Looks more like a downgrade...

Yes, a literal reading of what is written suggests a downgrade.

I was trying to read between the lines.

Nice rant but you're not giving us much to go on except this: "I tried to open premiere pro-2018 and it said my trial was over even though I pay for all apps,"

See related help article below.  If your log-in is correct, it's probably a corrupted Host File.
