Problème avec le Contour Shuttle Xpress

Bonjours,

J’ai acheter le Contour Shuttle Xpress pour l’utiliser avec Adobe Premiere Pro 2020.
J’ai configuré les touches, mais Adobe ne prend pas en compte le changement de touche.
Comment puis-je faire pour résoudre ce problème ?

Check in the Preferences panel, the Control tab, click "add" below the box for type of control surface, and see if that comes up as an option.

I don't think I understand, the translated text says:

Are you sure you are running with your modified settings? For instance when I boot up, if I right-click the shuttle tasktray icon, it show I'm running the 'Global Settings'. 

When I open PP and with that as the active window, right-click shows my modified settings: 

You need to assign the Program that a keys settings/template will run.

L’application me montre pas ce que vous avez. Je n’y arrive toujours pas. Même en allant dans l’onglet " Surface de Controle " et en ajouter les 3 proposition, celà ne change rien
