Program won't even open and keeps crashing out

I just downloaded the free Premiere trial last night, and have tried repeatedly since then to open the program to work on a project. However, every time I open it, it can't even get to the screen to choose a new project or open an existing project without just closing out, even if it is the only thing open on my computer. This seems like a waste of the trial and a waste of my time. I couldn't find any correct options on the site for support either. Is there anything I can do to make it work?

I wasn't able to find that in my computer, however I did find the correct CPU and GPU if that helps. The CPU is Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3350 @ 1.10GHz and the GPU is Intel(R) HD Graphics 500, and again it is a PC with Windows 10 OS. Is there any other information needed?

I hate to say it, but unfortunately I don't believe this system is recommended for Premiere usage. The hardware in your computer is really awesome for day-to-day use but Premiere Pro is a hefty software and requires extra support from whatever machine it's installed on. Here's a list of Premiere's requirements.

I wish I had a better answer! I wonder if Premiere Rush would be a good option for you. It's an editing software designed for beginners and people who are creating for social media! There's a desktop app as well as a mobile app for iPhones (Android is in the works) so you can take it with you wherever you go.

Hey Ashley17!

Could you tell me a little bit more about your computer? Is it a Mac or a PC? What OS are you using? CPU, GPU, the whole lot. This will get us on the path to figuring out what's up with your software.

Let me know!

It is a PC with Windows 10, and I don't really have any of the info with me because I am currently living at school, but when I look my computer up it one site says the CPU is Intel Pentium N4200 / 1.1 GHz but another says the CPU is Intel Core i7-7500U and the GPU is Intel HD Graphics 620. (The computer is a Lenovo ideapad 320.)
