Project BIN Media Pending #LAG/NOT RESPONDING/ STOP WORKING

I have some serious problem on my premiere pro latest version and I hope anybody here cand find the solutions.

Here, when I open the app as usually I drop/import the folder into my project, so the folder I imported there must be change as a BIN right? Now the problem is when I open the BIN which is the clip appear with thumbnail preview, I always got at least one of my footages are PENDING (grey preview), and when I do right click on that or I do something with the clip then I got LAG, NOT RESPONDING and STOP WORKING.

If anybody here had some problem and fixed it, tell me please, I really need your help, thank you!

    You've left behind much needed metadata.

     

    It's a common thing, I did at first also. You need to copy the folder structure or this will happen.

        With that media it is important to copy the folder structure of the card to the computer, not just the files themselves or even just the folder they're in on the card. This gets all the file metadata along with the files themselves.

         

        So the next question is how you upload from camera card to computer?

          As usually I eject the card from my camera then I copy the files by using card rider or and the second way I just plug-in the micro usb to the camera then copy them. Btw I just copy the files without the folder.

          I meant, what is the format/codec of the media? And what created it?

            Video codec is .MTS, I shoot the video on Sony a7 with AVCHD format, Sir.

              I hope you're right-clicking in the project panel then selecting Import from there?

               

              As drag/drop from Finder or Explorer tends to get this.

                Yes I do, Sir... I import the clip/folder by right-clicking in the project panel as always but I dont find the solutions yet, so what should I do, Sir? Thank you.
