project file not opening

Hello, I Have Premiere Pro CC 2019 And When Ever I Tried To Open A File It Says Open With, I Selected Premiere Pro CC 2019 And This Error Showed Up

Please I Need Help.

• Did you try reinstalling the application?
• Do you get this error with a specific project?
• Are you able to launch the application?
