Project panel in second monitor issue

Hi there!

 

I'm using a dual monitor setup.

I moved some windows on the second monitor, including the project panel, and then saved the changes to the workspace.

 

When I create a new Premiere project all the panels on the second monitor are there (because I saved the changes in the workspace) but the project panel is on the first monitor.

 

This happens all the time with no reason. Every time I have to move it to the second monitor.
