ProRes 422 LT Vs H.264

So,

I'm trying to get some things straight, but internet doesn't help me.

Why is a .MOV file up to three times bigger, compared to a h.265 file?

And. Why is rendering the .MOV File like 50% faster?

The reason is that h.265 files are highly compressed and optimized for delivery over the 'net.  But to use them, it means you have to decompress them first.  That takes CPU grunt in Premiere Pro (because they don't have NVDEC added).

So, if it get it right. 

H.264 is a very compressed file, which takes long to render, as it has to compress. And ProRess 422 files are less compressed files, which makes it less to render. And if i upload it to YouTube, they're compressing it?

Yep, you got it.  And yes with YT, although they're not transcoding to h.264.  Rather their own internal webm format.
