Hello, I have been having some problems using Premiere 2024. And I was told (here in the community) to edit in Beta version. Have been using for less than a month and I am thinking to only use Premiere Beta version. Unistall Adobe Premire 2024. What are the Pros and Cons to use Premeire Beta version? Is it right to use Premiere Beta version as default?

Thank you very much.

Last year, I used the beta version most of the year. Without troubles. But some users had things go bonkers at times. So it is a bit more of a gamble.

One thing that works, as the public beta hasn't shifted to a 25.x build yet, is working a current project in the beta for what you can do there, but doing most stuff in the reguluar shipping version. As you can do that.

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

Thank you, Mr. Haugen! So I will try to use only beta version. Let' see how it works.

Take care.

Here are a couple more @Cinema Físico,

Turn on Auto Save in Preferences. In Project Settings, make sure you have set the Auto Save location.

Once or twice a day, choose File > Save A Copy and save that project in a separate folder in case something happens to your Auto Save folder. Back up the folder to the Cloud.

That way, you have three workable copies of your project file should anything go wrong with your setup. I live in earthquake country, so editors from around here are very concerned about protecting the project files from all things, including mother nature.

Good luck,
Kevin

Great, Kevin! Thank you very much!
