Proxies and frame rate issue

Question

I have interpreted the proxies to 23.976 and I realized the proxy footage was in extremely slow motion (i shot in 120 fps). I went ahead and edited changing the speed durations in the timeline to 180-250% to get the desired speed i want . Now when i reattach the full resolution media they are all messed up going super fast as if its 250% on a 24fps 🥴🥴 any pointers without having to redit the whole thing ?
I meant the proxies after interpreting to 23.976 play in ultra ultra ultra slow

For the Proxy Workflow to work, the proxies must match the frame rate of the full resolution clips. The frame size can be proportionally smaller (but should be the same aspect ratio) and the CODEC can be different.

The audio channels should match as well.
