Proxy Edit Different than Full Res Edit and Export

Hey all, I am new to Premiere Pro. I have edited a video all shot from an Iphone 11 Pro with 4k settings. I have created "proxies" to have an easier workflow. But when I went to export, my clips were all wrong from what my edit was with Proxies. I then went and toggled off proxies and saw that it would then change my clips. How do I export my proxies with the correct edits at full resolution? Again I am new, so you might have to dumb down the process for me.

I think Ann has diagnosed this. You might be able to right-click the media, modify, "assume this frame-rate" to match the proxies.

Or you might need to apply that to the iPhone clips in the bin, then create proxies ... or ...

You might be advised to transcode those to CFR in HandBrake , then import the t-codes into Premiere, create proxies, and continue.

Test the above out. See what works for you.

What I ended up doing was opening Adobe Media Encoder and pulling my original files in and converting them to a youtube setting. Then importing those and created proxies from them and just re enter those clips into a new sequence. My video was under 2 minutes so I didn't have a ton of work to redo.

Here is what my edit looks like. One pic is with proxy toggled on. The other with the proxy toggled off,

In what way are they off?

Post screenshot proxy settings.

Turn off Max render, bitdepth and Linear color.

The proxy clip and original clip are from different timestamps of the footage... So like its not the clip I chose from proxy. How do I show a "proxy setting?
