proxy presets not working PP23

After selecting a clip in project panel and going to create proxies, when I choose add ingest preset it does not appear in the preset dropdown menu. if I hit ok and send to encoder, it gives me whatever default proxy setting appears at the top of the drop down. this is a very big problem. not sure what I am doing wrong. I have created ingest presets in encoder, and when adding the ingest preset, I have been choosing one of them.

try try try...and don't hit send until you have tried one more time...so it seems can't define aspect ratio in presets proxy making after ingested.

this is the drop down in the menu in project panel proxy work area. you can add it as an ingest to the project settings. it would be really nice if those settings available at the project level are available to clips already ingested...

On further study, it seems you can't add a 9x16 ingest preset to the proxy dropdown menu so far

so not broken, if there is any media in a folder that does not fit the aspect ratio, the dropdown only shows that which it can use....should be a message...so I need multiple presets for my 16x9 and my 9x16...

IT IS BROKEN IN 23!

Went back to 22.6.4 and it works
