Pull data for thousands of names, custom video for each?

I've been assigned a task where the client wants a custom video for each graduating student.

Each video would be the same, except their name would come up at some point. Is there a way to stick all these names into a CSV file or other database, pull them into premiere or AE, have them autofill, and then render out the video with the name as the filename?

Si son unos pocos estudiantes lo ideal seria trabajar en modo manual y reemplazar el Grafico una vez exportado. otra opcio que haria perosnalemnte es duplicar las secuencia y cambiarlos manualmente asi puedo exportar todas las secuencias a la vez en Media encoder.

Would you need to have the name overlayed on a video? Or would it be a seperate "part" of the video? Kind of like an intro card - then "same video."

If someone else doesn't post a scripted solution, I can come up with a hacky/AppleScript way to automate it as a last resort. LMK 🙂

This just tells me how to use text layers, i'm familiar with how the graphics system works, but what I don't know is if there is a way to automate the process. I can't create 2000 individual text layers and render them all out manually.
