Navigating to the end of a clip in the Effect Control window can be frustrating. You'll arrow to the end then bam, you're in the next clip. Use your end key. Use home to jump to beginning. If you're zoomed way in to the frame level, the last frame of the clip is slightly to the left of the edge of the window.
