"Ctrl+Alt+Shift+1" Keyboard Shortcut not working properly...

So I was just watching taran van hemert Premiere Pro video where he used the default shortcut "Ctrl+Alt+Shift+1" to select a specific bin located in the far left of his second monitor which is called "SFX", and the shortcut selects this specific bin every single time.

 

I have tried to create the same bin, and placed it in the same place as him but everytime I press "Ctrl+Alt+Shift+1" it almost always selects the main project bin first. Only after I press the shortcut again, it will select the SFX bin.

 

I have tried experimenting by moving the positions of the bins around my workspace, and somehow - sometimes - it will succesfully select the SFX bin first.

 

Is there a way to select the SFX bin to make it the "main bin" somehow? So it will always select that bin first everytime I press "Ctrl+Alt+Shift+1"

    What Im doing is:
    1. Clicking on the timeline (in my first monitor)

    2. Pressing (ctrl+alt+shift+1)
    Thats it.

    And every time I press (ctrl+alt+shift+1), different bins get selected depending on where I place them on my workspace


    As Ann said, he is using a script. There is no PPro keyboard shortcut that selects a certain bin in the project panel.
