I have this error keep coming up which says " Error parsing properties list" ive only had this software a day, please help

Hello this error parsing properties list from memory still showing for me what can I do

When i newly downloaded the software

I've tried methods to fix it

I haven't found one that is working yet what should i do

I cleared the "layouts folder" of all xml files and then it worked.

Try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:

Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
Do one of the following:
Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

No it still stays the same is anything else i can try

Uninstall, use the Cleaner Tool, and reinstall:
