Dear Adobe

I downloaded in prfpset format and when i tried to import them to adobe premiere through effects - import preset, his shows up:

"Error Message"
"File format not supported".

I don't know what to do. I lost a lot of time and I achieve nothing...

I pay for my monthly subscription.

I really need help ASAP

Another thing was that I cloud not do it by clicking on an icon in motion array download folder becuase the error would show up.

I had to go to effects - preset - import preset. Then instead of looking for it in preset folder I got to look for it in one of the effect panel folder (as you can see in attachment in my last post - with russian letters) and here we go...

I dont have explanation for that, why it showed up somewhere else than in preset folder.

Do you have an answer why that happened? Is this some kind of bug?

Best regards

The Presets folder is for presets that are included with Premiere Pro or presets that you create and save there.

Evidently, MotionaArray presets are saved in their own folder.

I pay monthly subscription on MotionArray.com and I downloaded it from this website.
