"NO DC" in top left corner. How to disable, and what does it mean?

Hello adobe community, in my sequences and video browser the words "NO DC" have appeared in the top left of the source/program monitor. I am curious what this means and how I can disable it. A few searches lead to dead ends. Thanks for your time.

Correct answer Blet

for those that search this "NO DC," the fix was through a .bin file in a NVIDIA folder. Thread on reddit:

FIX! navigate to "C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\Drs" and deleting the file named "nvdrssel.bin"

Dont need deleted nvdrssel.bin

1st Close ur Adobe

2nd U just need to go in NVIDIA Control Panel

Click on "Manage 3D settings"

Click on "Restore" and after Click on "Apply" button...

and its done !

It's not something Premiere created. Looks to me its backed into the movie.

I also have it in other sequences. It seems to be an overlay on premiere's side. On export it is not there, so I work around it; see attached for another example.example2 NO DC

I'm thinking it's from a heads-up-display from your graphic card? Or such, like CPU/GPU tweakers, etc.
