I used to create Stroke for the Border using Paint Bucket, but now its gone. Any replacement

Alpha Glow can be a simple alternative for adding a stroke, depending on the layer.

• Set Start Color to your stroke color.
• Turn off Fade Out.
• Adjust Glow to control thickness.
