"Resize application window or floating window to fit screen" - The setting don´t stick

If i use the "Resize application window or floating window to fit screen" feature in Premiere Pro 14.0 by using the Ctrl+\ shortcut it won´t stick. The next time i open Premiere Pro i must press Ctrl+\ once again. This was not the case in Premiere Pro 13.x.x.

- Is this a bug or a new feature in Premiere Pro 14.0?

- Does it happen to others as well?

I am on Windows 10 Pro, 1909, 18363.476.

Correct answer Averdahl

That might be the issue. I use an English (US) keyboard with an English OS.

Yes, that may be the issue. Swedish keyboard and English OS for me.

No matter what, it worked before and i hope Adobe adresses it or even better, add the shortcut to the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog the way they did in After Effects.

For me it works the same in 14 as it did in 13.

Resetting the Preferences does not fix the issue.

I use a Swedish keyboard since it has no native \-key i must switch the keyboard settings in Windows by pressing Win+Space bar and then launch the On-Screen Keyboard and finally click Ctrl+\. But this variant works in 13 and it sticks prefectly.
