    Hi doolki,

I think you are under the false impression that the GPU accelerates exports/rendering. Encoding is a CPU centric process in Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder. The GPU does accelerate certain items in the overall export process, but not the encoding itself.

The GPU will only accelerate the following in the export process: scaling, frame conversion, blending modes, deinterlacing, and color space conversion. The GPU will also accelerate the processing of GPU based video effects, including the Lumetri color effect.

List of GPU accelerated effects in Premiere Pro.

    Thanks,

If you would like to see your GPU being used download, unzip and run my Premiere Pro BenchMark (PPBM).  It has specially designed hardware intensive timelines and when you run Step 2 the MPEG2-DVD timeline export with GPU Acceleration  you will see 99% GPU Loading because it uses several of the effects that Kulpreet mentions above.  Further if you run all four tests you will see that same MPEG2-DVD timeline run using the CPU only and the two times to export that timeline are shown in Line 3 below.  Of course you 4 results numbers will probably much different than those below.
