Random blink and artefact with interlace PAL SD video.
Hello! I do PAL SD video editing on Adobe Premiere (latest version, M1 Pro Mac) and I notice a really strange issue when I playing my videos in deinterlace mode (Yadif x2 with VLC or Blend fields with Telestream Switch). Everytime a do an export of my project, a video track desappears, a frame repeat twice and opacity mask and Ultrakey effects do artefacts.
The most weird thing is sometimes, I get different artefect or blink with each export for the same project, without any modification!
On this exemple we have three video tracks at the same format :
1. The scene
2. The frame, with an Ultrakey effect to remove the background at the center
3. The title with Ultrakey Effect to remove the background with opacity layer.
As you can see, on the Export 1, we have artefact everywhere. And on the second export, everything is ok!

Other exemple, more simple. We have a white fade from the intro to the scene. On Export 1, everything is ok, on Export 2, the second video track with the frame is blinking.

I tried a lot of things :
- Export with Premiere
- Export with Media Encoder
- Clean project cache
- Clean Premiere cache
- Inspect all my video files
- Use different project
- Use different export format
- Reinstall Premiere and Media Encoder
- Create new project
The only things worked is to export the project on my PC (with the latest version too). Everything seems works fine !
To help you to identify the problem, here is some information about my settings :
- Computer : MacBook Pro, M1 Pro model, with MacOS Monterey
- Software : Adobe Premiere version 22.1.2 (the latest at this day)
- File sources and export settings : Apple ProRes 422 HQ - 720x576 PAL SD, interlaced, top field first.
Presision : All files I use in my project are in the correct format and at the correct resolution.
Thanks for your help!
Eric
