    Sorry for the issue. Are you signed in to the Creative Cloud App? If the issue persists even after signing in to the Creative Cloud App, please try the troubleshooting steps provided in here: https://adobe.ly/3wSLkw9;

    Hey Tipph2007,

    Sorry for the error message. Could you let us know when exactly you see it? Please also share your current Premiere Pro version (Help > About Premiere Pro). A screenshot of the error message could help us better understand the problem. I also recommend checking if the Creative Cloud Desktop App is up to date.
