Do you still see the issue after updating the GPU drivers? Could you share screenshots or screen recordings of the issue? Please let us know if you see the issue while previewing, exporting, or in both instances.

Yes I have the similar problem but I'm using Intel Arc a770 Graphic card, drivers update - glitch not change .

Hi, I have the same problem with Arc a770.
I'm rendering 45min timeline into H264 and there's a lot of glitches happening in random places.
I have the latest Intel drivers. 
As for Premiere Pro, what have you done since Premiere 24.2.1?
All versions above are totally unusable. When f.e. I'm trying to move the whole timeline wit "A" key Premiere freezes up for good. And it's happening with all versions above 24.2.1 (which is fine).
