Did you ever get help with this? I've been getting kicked around by Adobe Support with this issue for the last month. Just today on the phone they were telling me they think it's an issue with the R3D files I'm working with. I'm skeptical of that. Were you experiencing this issue editing R3D files, or different types of files?

Never got help with this. This is a Adobe Bug and they need to fix it from their end. But I only get it occassionally now. The latest version is much better.

Hi there,

I'm sorry for the poor experience. When Ctrl + Z doesn't work, can you undo using the History panel (Window > History)? Could you share your case ID so I can find more details about the issue? Please also share your current Premiere Pro version.
