Real Estate Video Editing

HELP! I have a bunch of video clips that I recorded at one of my team's listings. The lighting in the house was just awful and to make it worse, the walls were a bit on the yellow side, so my videos look pretty yucky. Biggest problem though is that most of the videos are dark on one side of the video, but light on the other. So I can't just increase the exposure for the whole clip. One of the videos of the front walkway up to the house goes around a corner and once you make the turn to the front door, it's so dark that you can barely see the door. How do I edit this video so that the wall stays the same color on both sides of the entrance, but the entrance is light too? I have included a clip as an example. Also, any other tips you can give me for real estate videos would be much appreciated! As you can see, the video looks like pretty crappy quality, but I filmed it using Filmic Pro. I have the resolution set to 4K 2160p and Filmic Extreme, FrameRate is 24 Capture FPS and 24 Playback FPS, ISO:22, Shutter: 1/24. HELP! I am struggling so much with this. Everyone elses video's look great, but mine look grainy and crummy.

you did nice job with filmic pro...that's the gimbal thing, right ??

re: dark when you turn corner...you're right ...it's yicky… looks like beginning of scary horror movie !!!

gotta make cut before the whole turn...just after you BEGIN the turn...CUT.  You can't fix the stuff after that turn to dark stuff.

What kinda camera you using ??  I would put it on (if you can ) auto white balance... nothin you can do if walls are yellow for real..except lower saturation of that color in color correction, etc.

In the case of turning corner to dark area... (you already cut so camera is off )… reset your exposure for that portion ...and take start new clip to show that area.

Not much else you can do except light it with your own light(s), which is hard to do for your type stuff. Too much junk to carry around.

hehe, good going with nice smooth move down alley thing.. looks nice !

    more dumb advice...

when shooting in house and you are looking out windows with bright light outside.. just shoot that exposure the way your camera says it's OK...and CUT.  Then turn around and shoot other side of room ...with new exposure...that your camera says is OK... and just try to include SOME ELEMENT ( like a doorway, furniture, etc. ) that is at least partially in EACH ANGLE … so audience can make the connection in their heads that it is the same room.
