Rectangle artifact in the middle of the screen

How do I get rid of this rectangle in the middle of screen? Don't know how I activated it. Please help

I generated this in the EGP and rectangle tool.
So, I'm not sure what the OP had going on there.

I replaced the clips with an after effects composition for some vfx tweaks.
Could perhaps be something in after effects?

Do you have any plugins on a trial?

Check all of your video tracks for stray footage.

Is not something Premiere generates.

Check for plugins etc.
