My issue is when I upload assets to my project from a USB drive, It's in my project. I can edit it, I can get out of my project and go to the home screen it says my project is uploaded to the cloud. I checked and it says that it safe to unplug my USB, but when I do, the video that I uploaded from the USB appears as a red screen with an exlimation point in my project. Anybody have this issue, please advise

That's because the project file might be uploaded to the cloud, but your media is on the flash drive.  When you remove the flash drive, you remove the media from the project.  Save the media locally.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?

I've moved this from the poorly named Community Help forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Get Started forum.
Please tell us what Adobe application you are using so that this can be moved to the proper forum for help.
