Red.Giant.Universe.2025.3.0 plugin's packages folder

How can I access the Red.Giant.Universe.2025.3.0 plugin's packages folder? In the new versions, there is no such folder, it only has a setup file for installation. But in the Red.Giant.Universe.2023.1.1 version, there is a separate folder. And this plugin is not visible in the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore folder, and there are no effects or transitions in Premiere Pro! If I can access this folder (packages), maybe I can manually add them to the Common\Plug-ins\7.0 folder?

As has been stated by Maxon help and others, you must use their installer.

As this sets up an entire panel in Premiere, it doesn't come as separate effects. From that panel within Premiere, you choose the effect and options involved.

I've got the full Red Giant suite, and that's just how it works.

I don't understand what you mean exactly. Well, I used their installer. There are no other files for installation except for two setup files. Is that what you mean?

First open and read the Read Me file for instructions on how to install. After you do that, double-click one of the executable (.exe) files to begin the installation. One installs the Maxon app and the other installs Universe.

I've moved your post from Using the Community to the Adobe Premiere Pro forum.

Did you try support for Red.Giant.Universe?

Are you asking how your post got to the Adobe Premiere Pro forum or something else?

I moved it from Using the Community (for questions about the forums) to the Adobe Premier forum where you are more likely to find a Community Expert who uses Red.Giant.Universe and can answer your question.

We can only move posts from one board to another within the Adobe community forums. It's not possible for us to move a post to Red. Giant.Universe, if that is what you were asking. All we can do is suggest that you contact them for better assistance about their plug-in. I posted the link to their support in my first reply. If you don't want to contact them, then you can wait and see if someone on the Adobe Premiere Pro forum is able answer your question.
