Have you talked with RG about the installation into PrPro? That sounds to be the difficulty here, and how it installs into PrPro is an RG issue. Every plug-in maker is responsible to their clients to see that the things they make work in PrPro. It's not Adobe's job to make other company's product work ... it would be like going back to your car dealership to 'make it work' when you had another company install a new sound system. Yea, Kia or whoever made the car ... but the additions are not theirs to sort.

Red Giant in general is very good about helping with these things ... they're one of THE major suppliers for editing, colorist, and fx post professionals.

Now if you're talking about PrPro being unable to import a file through Media Browser, that would be a different issue.

RG Univers is a third party plugin.

If you have issues you should contact RG.

Hi Ann,

I´ve tried. I am sure that the problem is with Premiere not with the Universe effects.
