hi,
i tried changing the video renderer and it is still having this red screen.

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

If that doesn't work, check if there are updates available for the plugin.

A red screen means there is an issue with the decoding.

Contact the vendor.
