My movies gets to big in filesize but I can reduce them online at https://www.freeconvert.com/. Is there a way to this this in Adobe? I can take a movie from adobe and compress it from 10gb to 200mb and still have the same bitrate and result using compress.

That's a utopia.

Filesize = bitrate x duration

You cannot have the same bitrate if you want to reduce filesize.

I would use Handbrake or Shutter Encoder instead of some unknown online converter.
