Relink media using one drive - downloading all the media

Hello,

I work with all my files on one drive (I have more storage ther,e than in my computer, and I truly have hundreds of GB. So from time-to-time, I free up space from my computer by selecting "free up space". But when I need to edit a video again that has those footage that are no longer downloaded to my drive in the One drive synced folder, than premiere pro starts to download all the files in the folder I am searching to replace. It take hours to redownload all the media I need, and I don't need all the media from that are in one folder (I save the medias by it's recording purpose). Is it possible that Premiere Pro won't download all the media on each folder to link 2-3 missing media? Is possible that it only downloads on onedrive the missing media itself?
