REMIX TOOL PROBLEM on WINDOWS 11

I recently got a new computer with the latest Windows 11 installed.

When using the remix tool, it closes down my whole program or sometimes it extends the music clip to like 1 hour long (instead of the 1 min length I shortened to).

My Premiere and Nvidia Studio/Gamer drivers are all updated the the recent versions.

Is this a problem that's happening because of Windows 11?
