Question

Remove flying illuminated dust particles from video

I got the perfect take in late afternoon sun. But in viewing the video I find the afternoon sun lit up flying dust/lint, and it looks like it's snowing horizontally in my video! How can I get rid of these moving particles?

Actually it looks nice. Removing it is doable, but needs some After Effects power. But if you think outside of the box, I would add more particles overlays when she is singing, it will have a nice effect

I saw the bit when it fades up on her and she starts to sing (amazing voice!). People pay big bucks for that dust! 🙂

I didn't find it too distracting, but I would consider adding a light leak here and there and it would look like it was intentional.

that's amazing. it looks to me like it was shot indoors ( interior ) and although I saw a couple white specs appear for a split second, here and there, it didn't bother me.. cause I was looking at the woman's mouth and face and stuff like that.

🙂

Thanks, Christian.  Here's a link. The problem with flying dust starts at about 50 seconds in: https://youtu.be/d-nbnZj2KTg
