I would like to remove the highlighted portion from my video, throughout.  How to do that in premiere pro, please provide some tutorial link?

    You can use Masking and Tracking in Premiere Pro or Mask Tracker in After Effects

      But the box which i showcase in my video is rotating over that highlighted portion. If i do masking, masked area is shown in the box also when it moves over mask. Is there any paint tool available to paint on those portion frame by frame?
