Remove white start title text at the beginning of my exported video?

Hi all; this seems to be a basic question and it probably has a simple answer. How do I remove the white start title from appearing at the beginning of my exported (finished) video? ( eg.Blah blah.mp4) People don't like it and have asked me to remove it...can anyone please tell me how do I stop this appearing at the beginning of my finished videos?  Apologies if I have missed some basic step. Thanks in advance...

VLC player has an option to not play that at the beginning.  If you are using VLC, please post which version number and I'll check where the setting is.  It's kind of hidden.

    If its not on the original file then its a player 'issue'.

    My first thought is to go into the project and remove the title from the sequence, then export again.

    The only time I've ever seen that is in some video players. It is NOT in the video itself. Re-import into Pr, and you won't see that, because it isn't put there by Pr to begin with.
