Removing a default window tab from timeline

Hey guys, not a huge issue but annoying one. And i'm seeking a solution for this.

After the latest uptade there is a small window or frame under the Project section in timeline(added a screenshot to show), and for my working setup, it's just covering so much space(and i dont even need that part) and i have to play arround down or up every time to see Program window or Project window.
So how can i remove that?
