Removing a shadow

Engaged ,

I wish to remove my shadow from a sequence.

One solution that I'm trying is to take the relevant frames out (about 40) and edit them in photoshop.  I've done about 10 but when I return them to the sequence they stutter.  The sequence is 50fps but the particular clip the shadow is in is 25fps.

I'm aware of removing an object if the camera is still but in this case the camera is moving fairly quickly.  I'm just wondering if there is another way.

You can do this in Pr.

Duplicate clip and superimpose.

Mask out shadow and invert.

Offset video in v1.

I've been putting off learning AE but it looks like this is the trigger.  Thank you, I think.
