I previously created a video slideshow(H.264) with Audio.  Is it possible in Premiere to remove the audio and output just the video without reincoding the video?

Two ways, on the timeline you can click the M to mute the audio track which will then be disable on export. Or you can uncheck the audio box on the Media Encoder screen which will only export the video.

But this will re-encode the video and that was not what TS wanted. 🙂

Shutter Encoder on the other hand will do it without re-encoding the video.

Use Shutter Encoder, it works great, use the extract function for just video.
