Render And Replace Audio Error

Since updating to the April 2018 Premiere Pro release I've been getting this error when I try to render and replace audio.  However I've i choose to send the clip to Audition it will render and replace.

Still having this problem as of July 8th. I feel bad for those who have dealing with this since April (original post), as I've just come across it after updating.

This exact issue is completely NUKING my workflow on a very time sensitive project. This is why I don't update.

same here, and its on all my macs, what i have been doing in the mean time is exporting as mp3 and checking the box to import it back into the project. its pain in the butt but the only work around i have right now if i want to dump the audio from a nest into audition

Any update guys on when this is going to be fixed? This is a key part of working with multicam footage as PP doesn't generate waveform unless you render/replace. Yes I have added my voice.

    Sorry outofsync, we haven't released the update yet with the fix in it. I apologize that I have to ask for your patience for a little while longer.

    This issue has been reproduced on Mac and is under investigation. Hopefully there will be a fix soon, but I cannot give an ETA. Thank you for the reports.

      Sorry Ry TMG, not yet. We're awaiting the update with this fix in it right now. That means they are still working on it. I apologize on behalf of Adobe.

        I have a similar problem on my iMac. it seems it is only an OSX error. not able to render and replace audio clips anymore.

        I'm on a job right now so I don't have time..

        Single clips can be renders and sent to audtion but nesting loads of audio clips and rendering doesnt work, which is a pain.

        Extracted audio should read wav, very odd.

        Make new project and import this old one.

        See how that goes.
