Render and replace / warp stabilizer error

I've "render & replaced" a clip with the "sequence" setting and checked "include video effects" which include warp stabilizer. 

There is now a blue "new frames need analyzing; click analyze." banner. I'm totally confused since there is no longer a warp stabilizer effect... How do I get rid of it? It seems to be imbedded in the replacing clip!!
