Render times?

I just starting using Premiere and was wondering about rendering times.

My computer specs:

Intel i7-13700k

32gig ram

Geforce RTX 3070ti

Windows 11 home

1tb ssd for main OS(nothing is stored on this drive but the OS and apps)

2tb ssd internal for editing

Rendering a 4 minute video with minimal effects/luts takes about 25-30 mins. Is this normal?

Inspiring

After I finish editing I save the edit, exit Premiere and load Media Encoder. Encoding the video for output is faster using Media Encoder.

What effects and luts and how many?

What is your media?

What are your sequence and export settings?

Effects - 2 drop in black outs(cant remember the exact words)

Adjustment layer with 1 lut

Media - MP4

sequence - Have only been on Premiere for a few days and not sure where to locate that info?

Export - preset: high quality 2160p 4k (H.264, 3840x2160, 59.94fps, 80mbps)
