Rendering a vertical video

I have a video clip from someone's phone whose image dimension is 640 x1136.  I need to copy this clip on the timeline and then dissolve the two clips together to give a smooth transition. How do I render the clip with the same dimension as the source video? I found something online which said to uncheck the Width and Height setting in the Export Settings dialogue box and put in the settings I want, which I did - 640 x 1136. (see screenshot) The original image, like all iPhone video, touches the top and bottom of the frame and has the black bars on the left and right of the image. The resulting file (2nd screenshot) appears smaller on the screen than the originial. How do I export so that the rendered clip looks the same proportionally as the original in Premiere Pro?

Dont use Max Render or Preview files in the export.

Yes, screenshot is small. I right-clicked and saved the picture, then opened. I could make it a little bigger. I don't understand images and the new forum yet.

Your sequence is 1920x1080. You appear to have scaled the iphone video, because, without changes, it would be slightly larger top and bottom, and would fill a little less than the middle third. So give us more information on what you did.

Don't know what I did initially but I was able to render the way I wanted to. I think originally I rendered from the main project which is set to 1920x1080. My solution was to open a brand new project and use "Match source - high bitrate" and that seemed to do the trick. Thank you for your help.

I dont know about other users but I cannot read your screenshot: too small.

I changed the screenshot on the original post so you can see and I added a second one. The first shows export settings with the original clip. The second screenshot shows the rendered clip. The second clip shows as the same dimensions (640 x 1136) as the original, but it's rendered smaller - as if scaled down. If I scale it up to take up the same vertical positioning in the frame as the original, the image becomes blurry and useless. Does this make sense?
