Rendering glitch - horizontal lines / purple footage in sections with motion graphics

Updated adobe and now every time I try to render within my work space, the sections that have motion graphics have strange horizontal lines and the footage becomes purple.

The outline (the purple edge) around the talent is a mask on the footage layer that I cut out for better green screen keying results. In other words, the rendering glitch is only affecting the moving footage, not the background image.

Anyone else experiencing this or have a fix?

The glitch was fixed by removing the mask. So the most recent update must have caused the issue. If anyone has a fix or workaround, please let me know.
