Rendering problem and file

Hallo to everyone i've a problem with Premiere Pro 2022.

In attachement there's image.

Rendering and export fail always (image) .

I tried to delete the file in that position and re export but don't work.

Moreover after first export, when reopen the project, Premiere don't find a files.
Because in automatic delete all file in my PC present in the project and create the file Premiere you can see in image.

In this image you can see my folder. In this folder i'd create a sub-folder "Inseriti" with inside the video i want to put after in the project.
Premiere delete the folder "Inseriti" with all files inside.

Can you help me?
