Rendering Workspace errors

I have been trying to get Optical Flow to work with my speed ramps. It works for some parts, but other parts of the spees ramp look like they weren't even changed by the optical flow. I restarted Premiere and now when I try to render the workspace it just says "error". There are 3 different spots that this rendering error is happening, and its right where the optical flow is having trouble smoothing out the speed ramp. I already exported it, and even in the final version of the video, the speed ramps in those specific parts are still choppy. Does anyone have a solution to this?
