Renewed my yearly EOS VR plugin but not being recognised

Renewed my yearly EOS VR plugin but Adobe Prem Pro does not see the updated license. Upon loading my VR Prem Pro project, a pop-up window appears labeled "EOS VR Plugin" and it says "The paid plan has expired. Do you want to move to the plans page?" even though I've already completed this step and paid for the renewal.

When clicking on yes to move to the plan page, I see the "Use functions of the subscribed plan" tab. When clicking on this the CSA tool window pops up and clicking yes on the prompt "have you subscribed to a paid plan?" brings me to a Canon link, which then instigates another CSA Tool pop-up ensuring me "Functions are enabled. Restart the application". I've restarted the application and my computer several times and I'm stuck in the endless loop when loading a project with the EOS VR Plugin pop-up window saying the paid plan has expired.

Please advise, thank you.

As this is a 3rd party plugin, you will have to contact the vendor.
