Hello all,

I've been getting a corrupt file message on clips that will open up in an EVS server which I don't have access to.  The message is attached.

Can anyone suggest how to repair the file or rewrap the file prior to importing into Media Encoder or Premiere Pro 2022? I'm working on an iMac 24 inch M1 2021 system, 16 GB of RAM.

Hey andre8337,

Sorry about the error. Are you able to preview the source file in your media player? You could try transcoding the file in Handbrake and see if that works for you. Also, try moving the file to your internal storage before importing it to Premiere Pro, and let us know if you still see the error.

Thanks,

Ishan
