Dear Adobe Team,
My name is Saurov majumder, and I am a passionate student/content creator learning video editing to build my skills and career. I’ve been using Adobe Premiere Pro and find it to be an incredible tool for creating high-quality content.
However, due to financial constraints, I am unable to afford the current subscription cost. I was wondering if there are any programs, discounts, or options that would allow me to access Premiere Pro for free or at a reduced cost as I continue to grow my skills.
I deeply value Adobe’s contribution to creative industries and would be honored to use your software to further my learning journey.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
saurov
The only reduced cost subscription that I know about (I do not work for Adobe) is for Education
I do NOT know if Premiere Pro alone is offered at the Education discount

Check with your school or program to see what, if any, options are available through that learning institution. For example, students in the Art Department at California State University Dominguez Hills have Creative Cloud desktop included with their tuition with no need to subscribe separately; students at Santa Monica Commmunity College Center for Media and Design can purchase the subscription subsidized by the state of California at a substantial discount; students at UCLA can purchase an annual subscription at a good discount from the Student Computer Store in the Ackerman Union building.
If your school or program doesn't offer anything, you should qualify for the teacher/student pricing for the All Apps subscription available directly through Adobe that @John T Smith linked to.
One more resource to check is your local public library. It my have a computer lab for on-site use of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Premiere Pro.
