resize clips to 720p

is there any way to resize clips to 720p i have bunch of 360p 480p clips and 720p, i want all rezise in 1-3 clicks

to sum it up, that odd resolution 1280*540 or 640*208 will automatically resize to 16:9 no black area(black bars will be there) hope you get it

or create a target preset and drag all the clips to adobe media encoder.  There are a few tricks to eke a little bit of extra quality to the upscale.  Not sure if you'd notice the difference and not sure if they're doable in Adobe media encoder.

Create a 720p sequence.

In  Preferences, choose Set to Frame Size.

Place the clips on the timeline.

All clips placed on the timeline will then be set to the sequence size.

 

Take note that you will be losing resolution and the clips may be blurry.
